RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

 Return window is 14 days. CLICK HERE and follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label.

All returns are subject to a up to $7 restocking fee, including returned to senders due to incorrect address. Verify that your address is correct before placing your order. Restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

No returns on international orders.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.
